That does not establish that Moukhaiber is bankrupt or insolvent. It does demonstrate that the financial threat is not imaginary, theoretical, or limited to angry comments under a video.

Lawyers cost money. Appeals cost money. Defending cases in multiple jurisdictions costs money. Judgment enforcement is specifically designed to collect money. Apparently, the court system has not yet adopted Marco’s preferred payment method of views, likes, and moral certainty.

YouTube Accusations Can Produce Real Consequences

Moukhaiber built his “Always Marco” identity through confrontational videos and social media publications attacking MLM companies, executives, and business opportunities. Companies including Market America and Primerica have responded through litigation.

The allegations in those separate cases should not automatically be treated as final findings. However, Moukhaiber’s dismissed appeal, the unsuccessful request for a stay, the existing judgment-enforcement activity, and the continuing Canadian litigation reveal a very serious legal situation.

The lesson is painfully simple. Calling someone a scammer or accusing a company of illegal conduct may generate views. It may also require the publisher to prove or legally defend those statements.
