FTC Penalty Offenses to offset Supreme Court Loss

The FTC was hit with an embarrassing 9-0 Loss that took away their decades long illegal practice of shutting down and/ or freezing assets.
Now they rebound back, like a woman scorned. Most FTC Commissioners are democrats and women. The last republican resigned.
